Don’t get me wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I love bacon, i love it just as much as web designing. I could perhaps eat bacon for the rest of my life without complaint. Just now, by some odd twist of events, I was pulled into a conversation that involved bacon. I didn't mind, in fact, this whole post will be dedicated to bacon.

My earliest memory of bacon was back at around the age of 7, give or take a few years, my brother and/or parents brought home a pack of bacon. The smell of the cooked bacon emanated throughout the whole house. The crackling of the fat being melted on the hot pan gave the bacon a life of it's own. It was somehow magical; but I digress.

I enjoy my bacon chewy, under cooked, just enough so that it has some resistance when you bite down on it. I despise rock hard bacon with every fibre of my being. Meat from an animal should always be tender, enjoyable and delicious, never hard like a fucking cinder block. But thats just my two-cents on things. Maybe my hatred for rock hard bacon spawned out of a bad experience during my childhood, or maybe one of my close friends was raped by a rock hard piece of bacon and I found spite within it - who know's?
